ARE MY CONTRIBUTIONS TAX DEDUCTIBLE?

We are a sub-organization of a international charitable organization, filed and registered with both the State of Ohio and the federal government as a 501(c)(3) non-profit. All donations to our organization are therefore tax deductible.

DO YOU ACCEPT EMPLOYER MATCHING GIFTS?

We do accept all donations and gifts towards our programs, but we do not have any official employer match programs in place that you or your company may sign up for.

HOW MUCH OF MY DONATION WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE CAUSE?

90% of our local fundraising stays local to be used in our programs here in the Hancock County Area. The remaining 10% is donated to Soroptimist International of the America's to help fund the education awards given to federation level winners of our Live Your Dream Awards and other educational award winners.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN SIHCA?

Our annual dues are $130 per member, payable by June 1st to remain a member for the upcoming fiscal year, which runs July 1 - June 30. If a volunteer chooses to join us after January 1, then dues drops to $92, as the SIA membership does get prorated. 90% of the dues is given to SIA and SIMWR to fund their award programs.
