ABOUT US
We Are Dedicated to Empowering Women and Girls
Soroptimist International of Hancock County Area (SIHCA) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, and part of a global volunteer organization, providing women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment. Since our local club's beginning in 2013, it's been our privilege to champion the wellbeing of women every day, forging relationships and touching lives. Our efforts create ripples of positive change within our community, as the women we support go on to give back to the people around them.

The term Soroptimist means "Best for Women" and is our guiding principle in the actions that Soroptimist clubs undertake around the world every day.
